Do I have to create an account when I submit a service request?

No, you can remain anonymous when you submit a request. However, responsible departments may want to follow up, therefore, providing contact information often ensures requests can be resolved more quickly if additional information is needed.

How do I sign up for a Phenix City 311 account?

To sign up, key in your name and email address to register.  Once you have signed up, and log-in, you will see each request you have submitted. You can search for your request and check the status at any time by opening it and viewing the details. 

Will I receive a confirmation after my request has been submitted?

Yes, if you provide an email address, you will receive an email when your request has been submitted.

How do I provide feedback after the request has been completed?

If you share your email address with us, we’ll send you a satisfaction survey after the work has been completed.

Does the Citizen Service Center handle emergency services?

No, the Citizen Service Center only handles non-emergency service requests.  Call 911 in the case of an emergency (a medical emergency, burning home, accident, robbery, crime in progress, etc.)
